About the role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about building exceptional digital experiences. You will lead the design process from user research and product discovery to high-fidelity design, prototyping, implementation support, and post-release improvement.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually engaging experiences across our web and mobile products. This role requires strong product thinking, attention to detail, user-centred design skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and scalable experiences.
What you'll do
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create information architecture, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design validation to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and product design guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders throughout discovery, design, development, testing, and release.
- Review implemented interfaces, conduct design QA, and work with developers to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Create product animations, micro-interactions, and optimized Lottie files using Adobe After Effects, Bodymovin, or similar tools.
What you'll bring
- Three or more years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred web and mobile application design, product thinking, and visual design skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma for interface design, prototyping, component creation, and design-system management.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
- Experience creating scalable design systems, reusable component libraries, and consistent interface patterns.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and experience creating and exporting Lottie animations using Bodymovin or similar tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
